Oct 27, 2020 · How about a P938 Legion vs a Kimber Micro 9 Rapide "Black Ice". That's a much more evenly balanced comparison, IMO. The LGS here has a couple of Micro 9's for around $750-$850, the "Nightfall" & "Black Ice". Very tempting, especially after I purchased a new P938 Legion (no Loctite on GR yet)...

The Kimber wins points as the better looking of the two, better trigger and overall less hard edges, making it slightly better for EDC. Mine also has Crimson Trace laser grip so that’s a bonus if you like lasers. Went with the Micro 9. My buddy has the P938, likes it as well. The Sig has an external extractor and two-piece guide rod, but otherwise they are the same gun other than aesthetics. The guide rod is known to dismember and fly forward without warning. To me the Kimber is infinitely more attractive.
