Hmm no matter what i try, the effects and especially the vignette will stay. CET wont disable it, this mode doesnt and i tried even some others. I even tried some funky stuff to recolor the scanner-color, doesnt work either.

Just use Preem Optics with FX Begone - Focus Perk and you will MOSTLY get everything. FX Begone also has focus vignette removal in the misc files. Just remember that Preem Optics isn't compatible with other weather and lighting mods.
